She additionally drafts and negotiates complex contracts related to marketing, advertising, and business operations as well as works with in-house legal teams to develop marketing legal playbooks and contract templates. With many years of experience as marketing and advertising counsel, Amanda focuses on providing practical and business-oriented advice.
Amanda brings a unique combination of in-house and outside counsel experience to her practice. She started her legal career as an associate at Cooley and Sideman & Bancroft and then worked in-house for nine years at the Gap and Uber, where she focused on marketing legal work and intellectual property. Most recently, before starting Fullbrand Legal, Amanda was the founding partner of Sideman & Bancroft’s Advertising, Marketing and Entertainment Practice Group.
Prior to law school, Amanda worked as a marketer for technology companies, which provided her with a robust understanding of business operations and informs much of the advice she now provides as a lawyer.
